What this reference means
RRIF minimum withdrawals are based on the fair market value of the RRIF at the beginning of the year multiplied by the applicable prescribed factor.
For most modern RRIFs, the all-other-RRIFs column is the practical starting point. Special columns for pre-March 1986 and qualifying RRIFs are preserved because CRA publishes them separately.
